What is The Demon God about?

The Demon God — Hengshan was once a slaughterhouse where one hundred children were thrown into the abyss, forced to fight for survival until only a single boy named Dan Hyeongwoo emerged. Emerging from the brutal crucible crafted by Cheon Gija, he walked out bearing strength so terrifying it transcended humanity, earning him the terrifying moniker of a demon god.

Yet, the wider world outside those blood-soaked mountains feels entirely alien to him, its social structures and daily rules making no logical sense to a mind forged exclusively in violence. To bridge the gap between his brutal upbringing and normal society, he joins the Henan Escort Agency as a humble escort warrior, determined to relearn what it means to be human and understand the world from the ground up. Every step Hyeongwoo takes, every sword swing, and every escort mission serves one single, unrelenting purpose: surviving long enough to hunt down Cheon Gija and exact a bloody revenge.
